2-4years	2+ years’ application development and implementation experience.
	Has a complete understanding of the entire software development life cycle
	Has the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
	2+ years of active hands on development experience in a Java /J2EE / Core Java based software stack
	Demonstrated experience with J Query,
	Demonstrated experience with web services technologies
	Should have experience in both Spring and Hibernate Frame work
