Essential Skills/Requirements: 1. Must have experience in the product development of systems in refrigeration and air-conditioning.
2. Must have exposure to atleast one product development cycles and manufacturing support.
3. Should be able to make quick test set up for component and product validation
4. Should be good in making technical report making.
5. Should have participated in the cross-functional team involving SW, HW, Mechanical discipline for the development and problem solving task.
6. Should be able to co-ordinate with the development and manufacturing sub-operation teams and suppliers
7. Should be able to work under pressure and engage with customer with frequently changing requirement.
8. Exposure to six sigma technique is preferred
9. Should posses excellent communication and presentation skills
